Jimi Hendrix: 1970-07-30 Maui, HI (FLAC_SB & AUD Mix_Both Sets_2 CD)

This CD set has been requested by a friend, and I had planned on uploading it a while ago too, so I am doing it today.  This is an excellent soundboard recording that uses an excellent master audience recording to do a matrix of the two sources as well as to patch any missing soundboard parts of the show.

The great thing about this CD set, other than the great work done creating it and the music, is both shows are in it.  Jimi played an early and late show this day (as he usually did) and this is both concerts.  If you've seen the Maui 1970-07-30 DVD, it is from the second set here.

At this point, and really pending any Hendrix family official release some day if that ever occurs, this is the best source we have or likely will ever have if the family never releases the shows.

This was a joint project from people supplying the source material used as well as doing the work and assisting in other ways too.  It's great when fans come together and build quality projects like this one and I'd personally like to thank them all.

Rather than spend a lot of time breaking down the thank you's and talking more about the show itself, I'm doing a copy and paste of the information related to those responsible for making and sharing this show with us.  And to learn more about the show itself, just have a listen and that will teach you more than I can ever say or teach you :-)
