I believe the songs are all complete with one exception of a track cut just a little early. There are some tracks that do not have the fade in/out issue too, but there is an audible cut in the audio where the audio between songs was was taken away. But this is on CD 2 that this occurs on. See my mention of this down near the end of this post for more details.
The only good thing about the audio fades and cuts being done is that it is just the crowd cheering and maybe some band banter from the stage that is missing and not the music's audio missing instead.

One other strange thing to mention in the recording has to do with the audio clipping. CD 1 has no audio clipping but CD 2 has audio clipping when looking at the waveform. I'm not sure why? I don't know if the person transferring the show from tape might have amplified the second CD (or tape side) when transferring it or if it might even be a second source. The fade ins/outs I was talking about are just cuts on CD 2. I think someone tried editing the fade ins/outs out and might have EQ'ed the show a little on CD 2 causing the clipping. But there really is no way for me to know because I'm not sure what the source of this recording was.
Even with the clipping on CD 2, there is no audio distortion discernible to my ears. However, there are a few places where there are some audio errors. When listening to both CD 1 and CD 2, "Rhiannon" has some short lived errors and the song is cut short before it ends (CD 1) and "I'm So Afraid" has some audio defects that are very short lived also. "World Turning" (CD 2) has a short cut (silence) mid stream in the song too but resumes after a few seconds. So just a short part of the song is missing audio.
There may be another track or two that have some kind of flaws too. It's been a while since I've listened to the show and I'm listening as I make this post now. But even with a few small flaws and an incomplete song, the recording is excellent and a very enjoyable sounding show as well as excellent Fleetwood Mac performance.
The one thing I really like about the sound in this show is the audio mix. The vocals are up front and crystal clear as well as the instruments too. The soundboard mix (I'm guessing) was a superb one. It's just too bad this isn't the complete soundboard with no edits or cut outs between the songs. I'm not complaining, I'm just just wishing. This is the complete show as far as the setlist goes though and no songs appear to be missing from what was played on this night in 1979 at St. Louis' Checkerdome.
I hope you enjoy this Fleetwood FLAC 1979 show...

I would love to download this, but I guess the file is no longer there. Is there any way I could obtain this recording? I saw them in Atlanta, August 1978. Sneaked a cassette recorder in and must have played the tape a million times before it disappeared :(
