"Pernod" mentions in some notes that no real lineage for this show is truly known. He also says that it is probably an edited radio broadcast source too. And that would make sense with the cuts in between songs and shortness of the whole recording too. This was also likely the early days of an FM radio broadcast of a concert (probably pre recorded) I'd imagine.
The sound is excellent in this recording but I have to give it a great-to-excellent rating because in some songs the mix is not as good and things such as Jimmy Pages guitar aren't turned up in the mix like they should be. And there are sharp cuts between some songs too. The show is obviously incomplete and "Whole Lotta Love" is cut very short too.

I'm uploading the "pernod Revised" copy of Flying Discs Mudslide. He corrected the speed in the recording. He also mentions he did some light cleaning up of the audio too. From the large number of copies I have listened to trying to decide which I thought sounded best for this show's first upload here, this copy was definitely it.
One thing I noticed is this. On most copies of this show, "Whole Lotta Love" is the last song with "Communication Breakdown" being before it. But in this copy you can see that is not the case. Led Zeppelin would have ended with "Communication Breakdown" after "Whole Lotta Love" most likely too.
One great thing to make note of is that even though this was originally sourced from the Mudslide LP, you can hardly even tell. This album was in excellent shape and you only notice a small crackle from the LP very, very rarely.
My biggest complaint would be that the mix wasn't all that great. Like I mentioned, Page's guitar was not loud enough on some songs. And the sound is better in some songs than others too. It is very cool to have an excellent sounding copy of "We're Gonna Grove" from the show though since that song is more of a rare track not played as often in the recordings we have of Led Zeppelin.
I hope you enjoy the show...
