Led Zeppelin: 1971-11-25 Leicester, UK (FLAC_AUD Source 1 Raw Master & Source 1 & 2 Master Sources Mix & Remaster_6 CD)

Today is the 44th anniversary of this unbelievably awesome Led Zeppelin show in Leicester in 1972.  This is an incredible performance and the sound is really superb in most parts of the show.  The way Led Zeppelin plays this show is mind bowing and full of high energy, on the fly, and one time only musical moments in this show.  While the sound may be excellent I think it really is superb personally.

The waveform looked great on both 3 CD set and the sound is mixed very well with the low end bass and higher end guitar and vocals all loud and clear (and really clean).  I highly recommend this show for the performance and for the sound too.  I don't have time to review this one today so here are the basics.

The first three CD's are the raw master recording titled Bad Muthaf***ers (one source) and the last three CD's are the remaster of Bad Muthaf***ers and Tarantura's The Diploma (Speed Corrected) (another source) which is also an audience master recording.  The sound and performance are jaw dropping with some of the best, raw music made in songs like "Dazed and Confused" that I've never heard anywhere else before.

As you can see above, the remastered 2 source mix copy has extra tracks not in the single Source 1 raw recording.  The remastered discs are more complete and that means longer too.

I had thought about uploading these two recordings separately but decided not too because it wasn't shared that way.  The artwork is all included and there is a decent amount created for this production.

I don't have much time to talk about this show if I plan on getting it uploaded today on its 44th anniversary.  So rather than have me ramble on about stuff in the show, download it and listen yourself.  You won't be disappointed.  The band was all together and firing on all cylinders on this night 44 years ago!
