While the 1995 Page & Plant tour was not my favorite due to how the band changed up a lot of songs and I think ruined them, this show was closer to when they started playing the songs more like the way they should be played and that is the old Zeppelin way.
I've not had time to watch this DL DVD yet but I have seen the show in the past. Being in a hurry, all I can say is this is superb quality but I need to see the show again to see how the band plays songs like "No Quarter" (the old, right way or the early 1995 Egyptian way that I hated). Either way though, there is some great playing here and I do think many songs will have the Zeppelin sound to them as they did in the 1996 shows finishing up this tour.

This DVD is a superb sounding and looking production from the little bit I have seen. I have a SL (single layer) DVD of this same video I got a while back and it is something I have watched in past years. I recall it was superb looking and sounding too. But since I haven't been able to watch the DL copy yet, and since it has been so long since I've seen the SL copy, I'm still holding off on my full recommendation or review until I can watch it again (likely today). But I know 'way down inside' that this is a superb production and one fans will enjoy. And with the LPCM audio, I'm looking forward to seeing it soon and cranking it up too. I'll update this post if there is anything wrong or not superb with the show. But I know that means I won't be updating anything now too.
I hope you have a great day and enjoy the show from a week over 19 years ago...
