Led Zeppelin: 1975-03-11 Long Beach, CA (FLAC_AUD 1st Gen & 2nd Source Patch._3 CD)

Thirty-nine years ago today, Mike Millard recorded this Led Zeppelin show in Inglewood, California.  This was the beginning of many other Led Zeppelin (and other bands too) shows to come from Millard.  He recorded numerous shows between 1974 and 1990 when he passed away.  And that was fortunate for us Led Zeppelin fans too because Millard capture the arguably best Los Angeles, Long Beach, San Diego, and I'm sure a few other California area audience recordings we are still listening to today.  Led Zeppelin even used some of his bootleg material in their 2003 release of their 2 DVD set.  That should tell you something about the quality of "Mike The Mike" Millard's recordings when a band as big as Zeppelin uses material (even though they didn't credit him) from one of his LA area bootlegs on their official release :-)

Not only are we fortunate enough to have 1st generation copies of Millard's recording of Led Zeppelin's many (but not all) shows in the LA area during 1975 and 1977; we're also fortunate to have Winston Remaster versions of many of the 1st generation tapes.  Many people attempt to remaster shows (me included) but have neither the full knowledge and capabilities nor the high end software to do it right.  From my many years of collecting and listening to all kinds of music and shows, it is my opinion Winston Remasters are always the very best.  A Winston Remaster always sounds better than any other in my opinion.  I don't know how he does it, but he does it right!
Enjoy the show...
