This superb recording is of the band's second show as they opened their final tour in 1980. This is not a mix of the soundboard and audience sources used like in the previous Dortmund, Germany show I uploaded. This is a matrix and that means both the soundboard and audience tracks are used for the full show (where audio existed). When it is a mix one of the sources used (or more than one source) gets used to fill in gaps in another source's audio that is missing. A matrix is really stacking and synchronizing at least two sources to play simultaneously and that is what the project of this show encompasses.

The band plays a lot better on this second night than they did the previous opening night. They are much tighter and the show has that energy that just was not as prevalent in my opinion the previous night as they played Dortmund, Germany.
I have not had a chance to listen to this entire Winston Remasters project yet. In fact, as I make this post I am trying to pick up where I left off earlier this morning.
The sound seems to really be mixed well and with the audience matrix source it gives it a more live feeling too. I may be wrong and I will have to check this closer, but there may be a slight delay in the synchronizing of the audio too. I'm not sure if this was reverb added or if the synchronization is just not 100% on? I can hear this more easily as I am listening to "In The Evening" again. I had noticed it this morning but was unable to check closer then. This may have been added on purpose for all I know. I just know the audio sounds really clean, well mixed, and superb as far as the fidelity of it goes.
This is another recently shared and new Winston Remasters project. He shared it on Dime a week or two ago as well as his Dortmund Live Omega # 1 project too. I hope this is an indication he is working on some of the 1980 shows since I really do like the work Winston Remasters does in most cases.
I hope you enjoy the show...
